How to search for a job? and Preparation for an interview.

Job search
Many of the graduates of the difficulty of obtaining a job, because bits of the shortcomings in the communication skills and self-expression, are also suffering some of the graduates when they enter the work of some of the problems result from lack of harmony with the new working environment, which often leads to dropout and non-adaptation to the work environment This can be attributed to the lack of preparing them and their lack of some professional behaviors that may cause them to take wrong decisions affecting their future professional and career.
